Hello

I’d like to introduce myself as the new Registered Manager for Totus Care. I first came into Health and Social Care in 2011 after losing my mum.  I quit my admin job and applied as a support worker as I wanted to give back to my community and make a difference in people's lives.

13 years later after gaining knowledge and experience in Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Residential Care, I have now been a Registered Manager for 4 years and have never looked back.

I am passionate in delivering person centered care and promoting quality in all our services. I have many qualifications in Adult Social Care including my level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. I also have a QMS Auditing qualification.

Over the years I have worked closely with many healthcare professionals, Local authorities and of course CQC.
I am looking forward to further expanding the company and developing the future of Totus Care Ltd.
