Our Story

Founded in 2013, Totus Care Ltd was established with a clear mission: to deliver compassionate, person-centred care that enhances the lives of those we support. What began as a small, community-focused service has grown into a trusted and respected provider of adult social care across the county.
At the heart of our organisation is a deep commitment to dignity, inclusion, and quality. We specialise in supporting individuals with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and physical or sensory impairments. Through tailored support plans, professional integrity, and dedicated staff, we empower people to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
Totus Care has consistently achieved ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ ratings, reflecting our unwavering standards of excellence. We are proud to be known not just for the care we provide, but for the relationships we build—rooted in trust, compassion, and respect.

In late 2024, Totus Care entered an exciting new chapter with the introduction of a fresh senior management and director team. This dynamic leadership group brings extensive expertise in adult social care, complex learning difficulties, autism, and positive behavioural support. Their shared commitment to excellence and innovation ensures that Totus Care will continue to grow naturally while maintaining its core values of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

With this new team at the helm, Totus Care is positioned to build on its strong foundation and expand its services to meet the evolving needs of the community. Our approach remains rooted in understanding, empathy, and delivering tailored support that empowers individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.

As we look to the future, Totus Care remains dedicated to nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. We are proud of our heritage and excited for the journey ahead, always focused on providing outstanding care that makes a genuine difference.
