Hello....

I would like to introduce myself – My name is Tina Colley, I am the Registered Manager at Totus Care Ltd.

I have 27 years of experience in the care sector and worked as a Manager for 16 years. I have been privileged to launch and open new care services, which have all been a great success.

I have also worked in a governance and compliance role, where I worked closely with the Care Quality Commission in ensuring care providers were meeting the standards set by the Health and Social Care Act.

I have completed many different courses that allow me to champion areas of our service that ensure we meet the needs of all our clients.

I have an Education and Training qualification and enjoy training staff to ensure their knowledge and skills are up to date, which also enhances their own professional development.

It is an honour to lead an incredible team at Totus Care Ltd all of whom come from different backgrounds and personalities working together to achieve a common goal, which is to provide the best care and support to our clients, and I will do everything I can to achieve that everyday with my committed team.
