Supported Living

Everybody should have a home they can feel proud of.

Our supported living services fit seamlessly around you, with remarkable and rewarding relationships.  These relationships will last a life time, and in turn, build confidence and independence.

Supported living aims to help people to develop and promote independence whilst still able to access support needed.  Individuals living in a supported living service lead life to the fullest whilst realising their dreams and aspirations.

Typically, people living in supported living housing have their own tenancy and live in designated housing provided by a specialist landlord or other organisation.  More often than not, they will still have full control of their bills, household tasks and responsibilities in their own home.

Support is provided by an external care provider to enhance and promote independence.  If the person has goals or aspirations their support team will ensure these are achieved.
